After client is off to his day program the job becomes a light cleaning position and preparation for the day shift.
Duties are cleaning, washing clothes, vacuuming, running errands, organizing, dusting.
This is a very clean and organized home.
It is important that the employee lives close to Bloomington or preferably in Bloomington.
It is helpful that the prospective employee has some basic experience in working with disabled individuals.
There is management on site 24/7 for the most part.
There is significant time spent training before the employee is left alone to care for any of our clients.
