Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and followers by tracking comments and postings on our social media platforms; relay relevant information to appropriate departments Manage relationships with social media influencers to further grow social outreach and sales through social platforms Build and maintain relevant social media reporting and KPIs Proactively follow competitor social media channels for marketing ideas and content Build successful targeted advertising campaigns on social media platform Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging Draft weekly e-newsletters to targeted subscribers Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly Ensure proper messaging is being executed online Identify leaders and influencers and engage them in brand activities Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed Preferred
Qualifications:
High degree of organizational efficiency Previous experience managing business social media pages and postings.
Proven ability to manage multiple business pages while continuing to keep brand integrity.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their uses.
Ability to prioritize high-profile issues while managing job responsibilities Working knowledge of Photoshop Understands the impact of inventory levels on company and customer Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel Above average mathematical and analytical skills Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Exceptional ability to manage details Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus ENVIRONMENT The individual in this position will encounter a work environment a described below.
