Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team.
This role involves educating and mentoring young athletes, fostering their skills in a supportive environment, and promoting physical fitness through various sports activities.
Responsibilities - Coach through provided lessons and have fun! - Teach basic fundamental skills in various sports, including volleyball, running/conditioning, and other physical education activities.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages participation and teamwork among students.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe training environment.
Experience - Background in working with students or children in a coaching or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire young athletes.
- Ability to manage diverse behaviors effectively while promoting inclusivity within the team.
