As part of our growing team, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier customer and sales support to our B2C and B2B customers in the US and Canada.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Experience & Sales Support Associate to be the first hire for our US subsidiary.
This hybrid role allows you to work from home with occasional travel within the US (2-3 times per year to our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia) and to Sweden to meet the team at our headquarters.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring smooth order and delivery flows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES B2C Customer Support:
Provide timely, friendly, and solution-oriented service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage order processing via Shopify and address any product or service inquiries from US and Canadian customers.
Handle claims, returns, and logistics while coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to continuously improve the customer journey using market insights.
B2B Order Administration:
Process orders, invoicing, and back-orders for B2B customers while ensuring smooth operations of EDI and drop-ship workflows.
Work with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams to address customer concerns, including billing issues and shipment tracking.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail for accurate order and shipment processing.
ABOUT YOU You are a positive and service-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers.
You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable taking the initiative when solving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a retail or e-commerce setting.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms (Zendesk or similar) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

SALARY The salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience, in compliance with New York's salary transparency laws.
