As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join us as a Cannabis Delivery Driver & Packaging Associate.
Position Overview:
As a Cannabis Delivery Driver & Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our wholesale products to dispensaries while also assisting with packaging tasks during non-driving hours.
This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding industry regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
1.
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely manner.
2.
Verify orders and ensure accurate product delivery while providing exceptional customer service.
3.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
4.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
5.
Assist with packaging and labeling of cannabis products according to company procedures and compliance regulations.
6.
Ensure proper storage and handling of cannabis products to maintain quality and freshness.
7.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.
8.
Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management as needed.
9.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with state and local regulations (metrc).
10.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as required.
11.
File and organize all paperwork physically and digitally.
Qualifications:
1.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
2.
Prior experience in delivery or courier services preferred but not required 3.
Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus 4.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
9.
High school diploma or equivalent.
