full-time Busy Massachusetts Law Firm is seeking an experienced title processor-closer.
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, 3 years of Real Estate experience in a Law Firm or Title Company is a must.
The Candidate must have the following knowledge and required skills:
Firm knowledge of more complex closings, including, but not limited to Short Sale Transaction -Firm knowledge of Closing Disclosure Software/HUD closing documents; MLSPIN.
COM, Equator, gmail and google docs EUR A customer-service mindset Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to coordinate with a variety of departments and outside organizations Must have excellent customer service skills and manage files from opening to post closing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
sale/purchase loan transactions, preparation of closing documents, be able to clear and understand title issues, conduct closings, fund escrow.
Knowledge of new CD are a MUST Must clear title conditions, understand lien searches, draft curative and conveyance documents, read surveys and issue final policies.
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, handle high volume of files and be extremely organized.
