The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Break down incoming shipments and get them put up neatly and correctly within 24 hours Assist with inventory control by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Associates and grabbing requested shoes for the sales floor.
Experience Previous experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; bilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean and maintain work areas regularly.
A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring that all interactions are positive and helpful.
