THE POSITION:
We're looking for a full-time help desk support technician who is enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn.
No prior work experience is required, but you should have a demonstrated interest in computers, technology, and problem-solving.
Because of the unique way BrickTech combines technology with customer service, all applicants must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and patience.

JOB
Responsibilities:
In this position, you'll respond to technical support requests via phone calls and email using our ticketing system.
While responding to these requests, you'll work on a variety of business equipment including Windows computers, Apple computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, phones, servers, email systems, network equipment, and many different business applications.
We provide all the training you'll need to be successful in this role.
LOCATION:
While some work is performed on-site at our client offices in Seminole & Orange counties, most of our work is handled from our office in Oviedo.
