Duties - Manage a customized employment process by first getting to know the goals of each client.
- Work closely with clients to identify their strengths and interests - Educate clients on employment opportunities and assist in job placement - Mentor individuals to improve their interview skills and workplace readiness - Collaborate with employers to advocate for inclusive hiring practices - Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations - Assist in recruiting efforts to match candidates with suitable job openings - Support the job retention needs of both the client and employer Qualifications - Workforce Development experience serving adults with disabilities and/or case management experience.
Or, other relevant experience that translates.
- Unwavering passion to match clients with meaningful employment.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and job coaching - Fidelity to utilizing case management system to document effort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage business community to understand their staffing needs to facilitate opportunities for clients.
