JOB SUMMARY The Compliance Analyst will assist and support the company-wide Compliance program, Enterprise Risk Management program, and Sustainability program.
The Compliance Analyst must be able to perform a wide range of tasks and assist where needed, including periodic support of the legal function, as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, such as performing data entry, filing paperwork, and preparing reports.
Assist in sustainability project coordination and execution.
Assist with third-party social compliance audits, including scheduling and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Administratively support the Enterprise Risk Management program with the highest level of confidentiality.
Support with employee training programs.
Communicate with and assist international compliance representatives.
Work with international teams to collect data and support projects.
Provide general administrative support for legal and corporate compliance activities.
Any other duties as necessary from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective research skills.
Ability to understand regulatory and third-party audit requirements.
Ability to perform data analytics.
