Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for designing and administering human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource related activities which may include:
employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of policies and procedures.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews.
Ensure all employees are entered and processed correctly in the HR system and time-keeping system Processes payroll, ensuring the proper adherence to payroll policies.

Ensures all changes are processed including benefit deductions, hires and terminations, etc.
Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure HR processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes Manage physical personnel files, conducting routine audits to ensure completeness of employee files Administer various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) Gathering and analyzing feedback from Business Partners and people leadership team in developing and implementing solutions Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment Other tasks or duties as assigned by the Company Skills &
