The primary goal of the Productivity Coach is to uplift their team by recruiting top-tier talent, boosting daily productivity, providing essential training, and ultimately increasing the Market Center's profitability.
Responsibilities Attract new sales talent to the team Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals Commit to weekly 1:
1 coaching session with each team member, host weekly group trainings, Leadership team meetings, Growth Calls, Become an expert on KW Technology Participate in KWYV Leadership Team Engage in KW Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients Oversee negotiations for all contracts of team members in coaching program Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads Qualifications You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales.
