Summary:
The Communications Coordinator is responsible coordinating all aspects of communications in both digital and print form.
The Communications Coordinator has direct responsibility for ensuring the Club's brand and organizational vision is clear, consistent and promoted across all aspects of Club communications.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic communications program for the Club to achieve maximum results in member satisfaction Develop effective and attractive communication pieces for all written and electronic mediums Develop and enhance the Club's website and social media presence (I.
e.
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Acquire information for, design, produce, and distribute Club's monthly Thistle newsletter Assist in the creation of all communication material, both external & internal ie.
Menus, leaflets, business cards, email communications, etc) Manage the production of the Club's collateral, branding, and logo items ensuring all branding and Club guidelines are followed Be present during Club events- both internal and external taking photos/videos, and outsourcing photographers when necessary Maintain awareness of trends in club marketing and apply to the Club's communications Supportive Functions:
Assist Membership Coordinator with designing and updating new member information packets, reciprocal clubs brochure, and any other necessary material to support the Club.
Assists the Events Manager with designing catering and banquet menu's, also producing accurate signage, place cards, menu cards and other material needed for individual events and meetings on a daily basis Apply effective and best practices use of social media, and keep current with evolving technologies Assist with answering phone calls and transfer when necessary Required Skills/Abilities:
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe- Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X Pro, Canva, as well as keep current with evolving software Ability to be tactful, courteous, and diplomatic when dealing with members, guests, and fellow employees Education and
Experience:
3 years of Resort or Private Club Experience Preferred Associate degree or any other combinations of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Advantages of being a CCR team member include:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
