Five (5) years of recent, verifiable, related work experience is required.
Admin Professional Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Type bids and proposals Produce work orders and reports Assist departmental/division management Create sales presentations Work within proprietary client database File related documents digitally and hard copy Collaborate with other support team members to assure accuracy and follow through Other duties as assigned Admin Professional
Qualifications:
Database experience with Access or any other MS Publisher or MS PowerPoint knowledge a plus Strong work ethic, self-motivation and time-management skills Strong written and oral communication abilities Strong proofreading skills Strong sense of job ownership and personal responsibility Personable customer service and problem-solving skills Exceptional clerical, computer, and organizational skills Consistent delivery of accurate, quality work products Experience and desire to work with a high volume of contracts and proposals Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize work load Admin Professional Minimum Requirements:
Intermediate or better proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Type 50
WPM minimum Maintain a professional manner and understand the need for confidentiality Outstanding organization and prioritization skills Must be resourceful with the ability to utilize existing knowledge to adapt to individual project needs Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities when unplanned tasks are presented Ability to work with a variety of personalities Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to cross-train for other contract and administrative support positions within the company Detail oriented in all aspects of work Compensation is dependent on experience.
