Summary:
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer call interactions to ensure they meet PCI's performance standards.
This role involves identifying and documenting areas for improvement, providing feedback to enhance service quality, and helping maintain a consistently high level of world class customer service.

Actively listens and monitors daily call interactions.
Conducts and completes monthly call interaction audits.
Reviews customer call interaction recordings upon request.
Proactively discovers insights/trends and communicates with leadership regarding findings.

Qualifications:
Required High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1-year experience with monitoring call interactions.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to process and handle confidential information.
Preferred Previous experience in a call center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive and professional attitude.
