As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, data collection to support the development and implementation of effective treatment plans as well as direct therapy effectively treating patients with expertise.
Here at BYC our BCBA's and RBT's work in varying locations:
our school (BYC learn), Pinellas County school, homes, and in clinic.
Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors -Treat patients - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and staff on behavioral health techniques Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments - Skilled in data collection and analysis for treatment planning - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality Joining our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while advancing your career in behavioral health.
