5 hours per week or 50 hours per month is the trade in rent/utilities.
This is the required minimum hours worked but more hours can be worked for pay if wanted.
Caretaker would occupy one of the houses on the property that is a one bedroom, one bathroom fully updated house with laundry, parking, storage and large deck.
Duties Caretaker would be expected to maintain the fully landscaped grounds and work on various projects on the houses that occupy the property.
Qualifications Landscaping skills, tradesman skills, handy skills, experience and references and excellent credit will be required.
