Establishes, maintains, and maximizes relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Strives to achieve profitable loan growth, deposit growth, and loan fee income.
Responsible for originating, assisting with underwriting, and closing commercial loans which may be complex, relatively large, or involve higher risk.
Duties and Responsibilities Develops relationships with existing and new business customers Acts as customer's primary point of contact for lending needs Develops a customer pipeline for prospecting new customers and manages renewals or new lending needs for existing customers Analyzes business income and other financial information to limit Bank risk and adhere to Bank's lending policy Collaborates with the Credit department to underwrite loan requests and coordinates the gathering and explanation of financial information Partners with Loan Support to coordinate appraisals, title work, documentation, and loan closings Actively participates in community organizations and represents the Bank at after hour events About Citizens State Bank At Citizens State Bank, employees are our most important asset.

Education, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required Previous sales or business development experience required Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous banking or commercial lending experience preferred Equivalent related experience will be considered Job Type:
