The Lawyer will be responsible for representing the company in legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our medical company.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and providing strategy development.
Provide legal advice and guidance on all related medical a business laws.
Represent the company in any potential court proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Collaborate with other staff within the company to develop strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact companies practices.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in legal research and writing, with a strong understanding of business and medical laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and representation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in a Medical office setting is mandatory.
