Store Manager The ideal candidate for this position must be able to use their knowledge in the field of interior and d cor design to bring business and living spaces to life while providing leadership in all project phases from initial development to completion.
Work activities include working with customers to develop design solutions, research concepts and materials, and to support the customer on technical issues influencing concept development.
The candidate must also be able to work within timely schedules to coordinate completion of tasks to final project completion.
Other functions include conducting on-site observations, provide recommendations to help ongoing design projects, and select furniture, materials, d cor and finishes while keeping within budget.
The candidate will be expected to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with customers, contractors and employees.
Additional duties will include assisting customers on the sales counter and in the store, and completing the purchase using a Point of Sale system.
The candidate will also be required to answer telephones and direct calls to other staff, assist in the annual inventory, and work Saturdays as scheduled or to complete a project.
Pay for this position will be based on a candidate's experience, education, and qualifications.
Employment will be dependent on the successful completion on a MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
