Duties - Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed - Conduct facilities maintenance including repairs and inspections - Carry out residential painting projects - Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting - Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues - Utilize an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics Experience Required:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication - Ability to weld and fabricate materials - Experience in facilities maintenance and residential painting - Familiarity with reading schematics - Strong customer service skills Nice-to-have:
