Position:
Part Inspection and Production Support Specialist Key
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections of parts and components to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Prepare AS9102 FAI reports.
Responsible for the Internal Rejection and Corrective Action system Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to verify accuracy and compliance.
Assist with various production tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and production activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in part inspection, quality control, or related roles in an engineering or production setting utilizing calipers, micrometers, gages and a variety of other inspection tools.
Some experience with a CMM is a plus.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
