The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, creating content for social media palforms, keeping and maintaining the receptionist area and all rooms clean and stocked up, taking clients before and after pictures, processing credit card transaction, and cash transition as well as helping all aesthetic nurses, providers, as well as practice manager with additionally help (if needed), having the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Med Spa experience is a plus, social media/ content creating is a MUST!! Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for aesthetic providers and manager.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Collect patient information to schedule appointments and to send clients consent forms via client portal.
Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain an organized reception area and manage patient flow efficiently.
Keeping all rooms stocked, cleaning and organizing all skincare products and supplies.
Stock supply rooms and patient rooms, etc.
Assist with medical records management, including filing and data entry.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, follow-up care, and any necessary documentation.
Support healthcare providers by coordinating patient follow-ups as needed.
Create daily social media content, promoting services offered.
Sale and upsale services when clients/patients come in.
Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a significant advantage in communicating with diverse patient populations.
Strong retail sales experience is beneficial for upselling services or products when appropriate.
Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with retail math concepts can enhance inventory management tasks if applicable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated, and self-starter.
Experience in a Med spa or similar environment is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications related to medical reception tasks.
