The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients.
This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and caring for carpets as needed.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistent quality of service.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Occasionally assist with meal preparation and cooking as required by clients.
Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
Experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is a plus.
Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.
Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
