TM service and sales TM service and sales WaKeeney, KS WaKeeney, KS Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour Duties - Perform diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs - Repair and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components - Conduct routine vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance - Use diagnostic equipment and computer software to analyze vehicle performance - Replace faulty parts, such as fuel injectors, pistons, and gaskets - Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs - Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of diesel engines and systems - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment - Familiarity with industrial equipment, tractor-trailers, and vehicle maintenance - Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and welding/soldering is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note:
