The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams on construction sites.
Review project plans and schematics to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize project scheduling tools such as ProCore and Primavera for effective planning and execution.
Manage resources and materials effectively to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare reports on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and installation practices.
Familiarity with project management software such as Prolog and HeavyBid is preferred.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with experience in project scheduling and resource management.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
