MUST be reliable and have real estate experience.
You will be the face of the company; the first impression; the first person that a client speaks to; the first person they see as they walk in the building.
The job is a fast-paced position, with no standard day.
The ability to multi-task is essential as there are a lot of interruptions and re-prioritizing.
Must have excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding organization and time management skills.
The position is heavily focused on marketing.
You will be responsible for actively promoting all of our listings, keeping our website up-to-date, sending mailers, birthday cards and thank you notes.
Looking for a creative thinker to keep our social media fun and informative.
Must be computer / technology savvy, including ability to do graphic design for various promotional projects such as business cards, flyers, mailers, ads, and logos.
In addition to your Office Assistant tasks, you shall be assisting our Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, so previous real estate administration, NWMLS and Authentisign experience is preferred but not required.
Must be a go-getter, self-motivated, and can show initiative to complete assigned tasks.
Need to have reliable transportation for job duties and be able to perform light physical tasks such as moving signs and carrying boxes of copy paper.

Position is Full Time.

00AM-5:
30PM.
Start pay:
